Function: Learn how the primary muscle for breathing, contracts and relaxes during inhalation and exhalation.

You will need:

The program covers:
- training fees
- program material
- tea
- all Breathwork sessions in the 3 day event
- Supervision Sesssions throughout Cycle 1 – once you continue consequently with each leg
Excludes space rental and meals, transportation or other personal expenses
Μodules include:
*400+ Hours of training in a minimum of 2 years plus
*Completion of the two-year curriculum at least
*60 minimum hours of supervision
*30 minimum sessions of case studies
*50 minimum hours of personal sessions
*Written Assignments
