The breath is the main feeder and supporter of your vital force on all levels: physical spiritual mental and emotional
Rebirthing Breathwork is an active process of Conscious Breathing with which you gain access to your full potential leaving you with the aftertaste of joy, vitality, and serenity in life.
In a Rebirthing Breathwork session, Conscious Breathing is the transformational tool that supports you to:
  •  release from your physical and emotional energy field traumatic or repressed experiences such as birth
  • move away from victimhood and towards the ability to make independent choices in your life
  •  integrate previous unresolved and inaccessible emotional physical, mental, and spiritual energies
  •  transcend any negative emotional charge from cellular memory
  • to feel clear on a very core level
The workshop aims at the turbulent times we live in to focus on the sense of belonging amidst radical change at a core existential level
 
After your registration you will receive:
